Get data from Document module

Returns document data for the requester's own customer. Super admins may set customer_id to view another customer's document data instead. For example, filtering output_columns/filters on draft returns just that customer's document drafts.

Wraps the generic /data payload with a customer_id field, since documents is the
only module where a super admin can target another customer's data this way.

Only super admins may set this to a customer other than their own;
any other requester is rejected with 403 Forbidden.
