Promotes 1–100 distinct templates with per-template configuration. Results are returned in request order. Each item commits independently: failures do not roll back successful items. Outcomes are CREATED, UPDATED, UNCHANGED, or ERROR. Failures include an error message. Existing realizations retain their customer-owned configuration. Global templates require super-admin access. Duplicate template IDs and empty or oversized batches are rejected before processing.
