Fetches the tasks that reference the equipment, split by whether the equipment is
the task's only remaining connection (tasks.owned_tasks, archived under either
archive or force_archive) or the task also has other equipment
(tasks.shared_tasks, only archived under force_archive), plus whether the
equipment has any active sub-equipment.
