Streams a file from S3 storage to a preview-compatible format including PDF, Docx, HTML, Markdown, PNG, JPEG, JPG, GIF, CSV, TXT, MP4, Xlsx, and Pptx.

If the file are supported by server-side conversion, it will be converted before streaming. For example, Docx, Pptx, and Xlsx to PDF format. Otherwise, the file will be return as is without any conversion.
